My weekday mornings start with me reading the news. I used to subscribe to a printed newspaper but for a variety of reasons, I cancelled that subscription some two or three years ago. After a while, a friend brought The Bulletin to my attention. It’s compiled by Alex Braae, who I mentioned in the previous article. The way he himself describes it is: “Alex Braae trades sleep for news to compile The Bulletin, which he’d quite like you to sign up for. Email him at firstname.lastname@example.org”
Come 7am, Alex publishes his work and you can either receive it by email, or you can find it on The Spinoff website. For me, it’s a perfect start to the day, being informed about those things that matter to New Zealand.
