It is interesting to read around the world that office blocks are being looked at as potentially too large, post Covid 19. This phenomenon is because more and more people are choosing to work from home. I’m not sure whether or not my eyes are letting me down but the traffic which relentlessly pours past our house seems to be lighter these days.
Are more people working from home? If this is the case then we need to start looking hard at how many of the buildings which have been built in the Central City can be refitted for other uses, like housing.
