The Community Housing sector considers a range of ways of raising finance

Recently the CEO and Sector Leaders Forum for Community housing in Aotearoa held a Masterclass on finance for the sector. The speakers were:

1.  Sam Stubbs, Managing Director, Simplicity: large scale wholesale investor’s perspective.
2.   Shamubeel Eaqub, Economist – a plain talking economist’s view. ▪
3.  Dean Spicer, Head of Sustainable Finance, ANZ – a Bank perspective. ▪
4.  James Palmer, CEO Community Finance – a practitioner’s perspective
