This was a presentation which was brimming with data. Much of which blew out of the water many of the old myths which seem to have such shelf life long after they have been disproved.
If CCC staff are reading this, you could go a long way before you could get a better consultant than Glen. His thinking is well researched and thoughtful and adds great value to our knowledge about transport planning.
