I received this from Andy Dickerson during the week:
Dear Friend
As you may know, Māia Health Foundation has committed to raising $6m towards a new Outpatient facility for CDHB Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. The current outpatient facility is located behind The Princess Margaret Hospital.
Well over $1m has been raised already.
With some fundraising events having to be postponed until early 2022 (because of covid) Māia has launched a Shine A Light appeal to try and raise another $300,000 before Xmas.
The Rainbow Children’s Trust, and two other donors, have agreed to dollar match all donations to this appeal, up to $150,000.
Further information about the appeal, and details of how to donate, can be found at this link:

The video from Jason Gunn at this link is also well worth watching. Your support of this appeal would be appreciated.
No donation is too small – a $20 donation becomes $40, thanks to our donors.
