We had a wonderful address by that master of the understatement (it must be the water in the UK) Philip Aldridge about the Arts Centre. If the CCC does the right thing in the LTP decision making and allocates funding for the Arts Centre then the administration and Board can focus on a wonderful long term sustainable project which Philip spoke about. The thought that the site which gave Lord Rutherford his initial training could be moving into the 21st Century is really exciting.
